Technical support for technical infrastructure
Main task of the contractor is ensuring maintenance of technical infrastructure in which the platform is located. These services cover maintenance as well as periodic and warranty inspections of the following technical systems, among others: man locks with eye iris readers, power generators, systems of UPS guaranteed power supply, electric installations, ducts, fire extinguishing systems, early smoke detection systems, CCTV systems, access control systems, and intrusion detection systems, fire-resistant containers, building management systems and monitoring of BMS environment, RACK cabinets, as well as power-supply strips and raised floors.
Tasks of Qumak include providing technical support of such elements of server room as precision air conditioning, automated ventilation systems and comfort air conditioning. The Company will also perform migration of server of BMS.
Under the signed contract the realization of tasks will commence on 1 September 2017 and will last until 31 August 2021.

Help in locating alarm calls
System of Location and Information Platform with Central Database (PLI CBD) is a platform which is responsible for locating telephone calls to alarm number 112 of directly to Fire Department, Emergency Medical Services or Police. Second task of the system is providing a possibility of easy transferring of telephone numbers from one operator to another. On average during a month in servers of the system there are recorded 4 million operations, i.e. ca. 4 calls per second. Therefore, it is a key issue to ensure a proper operation of the platform as well as technical devices and systems supporting its work.
