Electronic Platform of Public Administration Services (ePUAP) is a nationwide teleinformatics system thanks to which individuals and entrepreneurs can take care of administrative matters via the Internet, and offices and self-governments can via the same way make their services available. One of the elements of the system is so called authorized profile, enabling submitting electronic applications without the necessity to apply electronic signature. It is already used by nearly 166 thousand citizens.

It is worth to underline a high effectiveness of the company in this area. Qumak took part this year in around 90 resolved proceedings. The company won around 35 percent of them.
