During the Oracle OpenWorld 2014 taking place from 28 September to 2 October, Qumak received an Oracle Excellence Award 2014 Specialized Partner of the Year. The Warsaw Company was the best in the category Servers and Storage Systems in the EMEA region – Europe, the Middle East and Africa.Qumak, which is a partner of Oracle, was rewarded for all cooperation. The most important and the most extensive project performed with the use of technology of the American enterprise was an ISOK project – Intelligent Guarding System of the Country.
Aim of ISOK – a unique project in Europe – is increasing the security of citizens and limiting damages made by rapid meteorological phenomena e.g. floods. Qumak is responsible for comprehensive implementation of IT infrastructure, performing basic and back up data processing center, performing visualization of map of threats and integration of ISOK with already existing IT systems.
American enterprise grants awards Oracle Excellence Award once a year to its clients and partners who stand out by developing a business and delivering innovative solutions with the use of Oracle products.
