With regard to a current report no. 82/2017 of 12 December 2017, Management Board of Qumak S.A. hereby corrects a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of total number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company which took place on 5 December 2017.
Correction concerns an error in total number of shares and votes in EGM, held by one of the shareholders, resulting from a mistake in calculations.
