Management Board of Qumak S.A. informs that on 22 November 2016 the Supervisory Board has adopted a resolution concerning dismissal of Marek Tiahnybok from fulfilling a function of a Vice President for Finance in the Management Board of the Company, effective as at the moment of adopting this resolution. Simultaneously, the Supervisory Board has decided that on the day of adopting this resolution the Management Board will consist of three members, a President and two Vice Presidents.

The President of the Management Board appointed to the function of a Financial Director – an Audit and Internal Control Director, Monika Piotrowska.


Monika gained her professional experience among others at Philips Lighting Poland and Oriflame Poland, where she was responsible for co-creating a growth strategy, developing analytical and accounting tools, as well as planning, supervising and a realization of budget of the company. Main targets for Monika include completing implementations of internal systems, organizing internal financial processes, as well as providing support in finance for sales division and realizations division.


Monika Piotrowska obtained her MBA at the Koźmiński University in Warsaw; she graduated from three postgraduate studies: Project Management, Controlling in Corporate Management and Master Class of Management at SWPS.
